Who I work with
I work with people from diverse backgrounds who are navigating a wide range of experiences within personal, relational, and social contexts. I do not see people as separate from their relationships, family systems, communities, neurotype, or the broader social and cultural conditions shaping their lives. Distress does not exist in isolation, and your experiences and context matter.
My practice is inclusive and affirming of the queer community, trans and gender‑diverse people, sex workers, neuro-divergent people. I work with people of all genders and and aim to practise in ways that are respectful, non‑judgemental, and responsive to difference.
I work from an intersectional feminist, de‑colonial, and anti‑oppressive framework, remaining mindful of power within therapeutic relationships and the wider systems people are navigating. My approach is collaborative and grounded in care, with ongoing attention to consent, choice, accessibility, and context.
