Initial consultation
I offer a free initial consultation as a way for you to ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and consider whether I might be the right fit for you.
There is no pressure to continue beyond this. It is simply a space to have a conversation and see how it feels.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Taking the time to find someone you feel comfortable with is important.
Supervision
I also offer supervision for front-line workers and experienced professionals working in the areas of family violence and sexual assault, particularly those supporting children.

Fees
Session fees are $190 for a 60-minute therapy session and $180 for a 60-minute supervision session.
A Medicare rebate of $87.25 is currently available with a valid Mental Health Care Plan, leaving an out-of-pocket cost of $102.75 per session.
Supervision fees can be flexible depending on individual income and circumstances.
